How are your guards selected?

All our guards are carefully selected by our management team. To qualify for an interview, a guard must already hold an active Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). Through the interview process, we’re able to assess an applicant’s communication skills, professionalism, and competency. Finally, before a guard can be hired, we verify their employment history, check personal references, vehicle driving record, and make sure that they pass background checks and drug testing.
